1. Cancellation Policy

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
• The date of receipt of the cancellation request will be considered as the official cancellation date.
• Cancellations made after booking confirmation may attract cancellation charges.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are subject to the type of service booked and the time of cancellation. Applicable refunds will be processed after deducting cancellation charges, service fees, and third-party supplier costs.

• Advance payments are partially refundable depending on the cancellation timeline.
• Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for any refund.
• No refund will be provided for unused services or no-shows.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are strictly non-refundable once confirmed. These may include:

• Flight tickets
• Special promotional hotel bookings
• Permits, entry tickets, or prepaid activities

4. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
• Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control.

5. Cancellation by Beau Kashmir Holidays

In rare cases where a tour is canceled by Beau Kashmir Holidays due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or operational issues, customers will be offered an alternative tour or a refund as applicable.

6. Force Majeure

No refunds shall be provided for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural calamities, pandemics, strikes, weather conditions, or government-imposed restrictions.
